What does the $49 Tap Page + Tap Card package include?
The one-time price includes one personalized acrylic NFC/QR card, your standard Tap Page, hosting, initial setup, one preview revision before publication, and reasonable requested updates for 30 days after your Tap Page goes live. After 30 days, routine update requests are $10 each. You can bundle several small changes into one request. Larger additions, substantial content changes, or redesigns are quoted before work begins.
What does the Tap Sign include?
The $89 4×6 Acrylic Tap Sign includes the personalized engraved NFC + QR Tap Sign, the stand, and the Bookcliff Tap Page.
Is there a recurring hosting fee?
No. Hosting is included with every Tap Page package, with no additional hosting fee for cards linked to that page. There is no recurring hosting fee.
Can I order cards for another business or page?
Additional personalized cards are $29 each only for the same existing Tap Page. A separate business or separate Tap Page requires its own $49 Tap Page + Tap Card package.
Do customers need an app?
No. The Tap Page opens in the phone’s normal web browser.
Can I add a Tap Sign or Tap Card later?
Yes. Additional personalized cards are $29 each and link to the same existing Tap Page without changing its permanent Tap link. Use Bookcliff Media’s contact inquiry so we can confirm the existing page URL, personalization, and card count. Ask us about a Tap Sign for an existing page.
Can the Tap Page change after it is published?
Yes. Bookcliff builds and manages your page; there is not a customer editing login. Reasonable requested updates are included for 30 days after your Tap Page goes live. Does Bookcliff Tap process bookings, orders, or payments?
No. Bookcliff Tap links customers to the booking, ordering, payment, and other services a business already uses. Those outside services process the transaction or request.
What does the analytics report measure?
Basic analytics show page views, button/action taps, tap rate, and sources such as QR, NFC, social/UTM, and direct/unknown. They cannot prove completed bookings, payments, orders, or Google reviews.
Can I show examples of my work?
Yes. We can include a small, selected photo showcase when useful for your business. Four photos is usually a good starting point. Link to your website or portfolio for more extensive work.
Does Tap replace my website?
A standard Tap Page keeps customer actions and essential business information concise. It is distinct from Bookcliff Media’s $149 custom one-page website and $449 introductory website of up to five pages. It can link to your full website, menu, or portfolio when customers need more detail.
Does NFC work with every phone?
Most modern smartphones support NFC. Physical Tap products also include a QR code so customers have a reliable second way to open the Tap Page.
